Thanks is extended to Father Mark Bennett for celebrating Mass in Drumsna on Sunday last. The Ardagh and Clonmacnoise Lourdes Pilgrimage fund collection will take place on next Sunday March 29th after Communion in both Annaduff and Drumsna churches. Pilgrims from our Parish who may be interested in travelling to Lourdes with the special Assistance pilgrim section should contact Joe Walsh Tours at 01 2410800.
Bingo
Bingo continues on Thursday nights in the community centre Drumsna with doors open at8pm commencing at 8.30. Everyone is welcome.
Golden Age
The will be a meeting of the above in the centre on next Wednesday April 1 at 11am. (This is not an April fool .) practice continues for our May aMadness Ball which takes place in the Bush Hotel, Carrick on Tuesday May 12 commencing at 8pm. There will be finger food , dancing to Pat Mulchrone and of course our wonderful piece of Drama. Twelve ( Talented , Beautiful ) ladies will compete against each other for the title of “The Last Rose of Summer”. Each Rose complete with escort will wow the distinguished panel of Judges with their personalities and their party pieces. A night not to be missed ,everyone welcome.
Little Larks singing session.
A singing session for children and teens will take in Mohill Library on this Thursday March 26th from 7to 8pm. Facilitated by The Leitrim project, the session aims to help young people build confidence , learn a song or two and most importantly enjoy singing together.Participants are invited to bring along any song they would like to sing. Parents are welcome to stay for the session.
Annaduff GAA/LGFA 50/50
The weekly 50/50 draw of the above took place in Duignan’s bar Drumsna on Friday night last with Oriel and Avril winning €1,000 and Caolan Quigley winning seven free tickets into next weeks draw. Congratulations to the winners and grateful thanks to all those supporting the draw.
