The Church in Drumsna will be open each day from morning until evening . There will be Mass tomorrow ,Thursday November 10th at 10am. Altar Society for November Colleen Guckian Thanks is extended to Father Francis Garvey for celebrating Mass with us last Thursday
Church Envelopes.
The envelopes for the weekly Church collection can now be collected for this area in Drumsna Church. Your number is the same as last year
Bingo continues in the community Centre Drumsna each Thursday night with doors open at 7.30pm and commencement at 8pm sharp. Come along and enjoy the fun.
Golden Age Meeting.
There will be a Golden Age Meeting in the Centre on next Thursday November 17th at 11am. Please note the change of day/date. The A.G.M. was held at the last meeting and the new committee will be taking over at this meeting. On the agenda will be the Christmas party, holidays for 2023, the may Madness ball and several other items.
Christmas Party
The Annual Parochial Christmas party is back on again after two years absence due to covid. The venue is per usual The Bush Hotel , Carrick-on-Shannon. There will be a festive four course meal, with music and dancing afterwards. All parishioners and friends are welcome. A great night is assured.
Leitrim Development.

Dance classes.
Social dance classes take place every Wednesday night in Fenagh hall at 8.30 pm until 10pm, waltz , quick step etc. All welcome.
Monastic Ireland .
Alf Monaghan Drumsna will be tracing the influence of Egyptian monasticism as well as the history of early Irish Christianity from a different prospective. Alf has spent a great many years travelling as an economic advisor for governments and development agencies in Northern Europe, Central America ,the middle East and Africa. This talk gives a tantilising glimpse under the veil of history and confounds some of the accepted theories of early Christianity in Ireland. the venue is Dangan Community Centre on this Saturday November 12th at 7pm.
Christmas Market.
Dromod Christmas Market takes place in the former knickaty knack shop on the 4th, 5th. 6th, 11th, 12th, 13th, of November, two weekends only Fridays 4th and 11th November 10am-7pm. Saturdays 5th and 12th of November 10am-7pm. Sunday s the 6th and 13th November12 noon -6pm. Lots of Christmas gifts, toys ,perfume, clothes, candles, hampers, books and lots more.
Annaduff 50/50 Draw.
The Annaduff G.A.A. 50/50 draw took place on Sunday last with James Faughnan presiding. Eva Faughnan pulled the winning ticket which was no. 18 and the the winner was Teresa Guckian Cornagulla. Congratulations to Teresa who won 190 Euro. The next draw is in Annaduff at the earlier time of 4pm.
