The Church in Drumsna will be open for private prayer each morning until evening. The month of November is traditionally the month of the Holy Souls and loving memory candles are available in both Churches .

Hello Friends , I hope that all are well and taking care. We should be practising for our Christmas play now at this time for our Annual Christmas party in The Bush Hotel and enjoying all the fun that rehearsals involve. We hope that maybe by time that The May madness ball comes around that we will be able to socialise once again and meet up with other active age groups from around the County. What stories we will have to tell each other when we break out ! Take care and be safe.

Sympathy is extended to Michael Reilly, Backwood, Annaduff Glebe , Drumsna on the death of his wife Ann which took place during the week also to her relatives and friends. The late Ann was interred After her funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Annaduff on Friday.

The Annaduff 50/50 draw took place in the village of Drumsna on Sunday last with James Faughnan presiding. John Thornton pulled the winning ticket 273 and the prize money was 270 Euro the winner being Terry Mc Carrick. The members draw also took place on Sunday evening with John Thornton once again doing the honours, First prize of 200 Euro went to Declan Shanley, second prize of 100 Euro went to Felix Doherty with two prizes of 50 Euro each to Padraig Mc Loughlin and Caolan Mc Cormack. Congratulations to all of the winners and thanks to Sinead, Kevin ,Barry , James and John for all the help. Next week’s draw takes place at the earlier time of 4 o’clock due to the darker evenings so get your entry in on time and remember if you’re not in you cant win.
