Church News 

There will be no Masses in the Parish of Annaduff including  the Church of the Immaculate Conception Drumsna and St. Mary’s Annaduff following the guidelines .The Churches will be open each morning until evening.

Golden Age Group. 

Take care everyone and keep up the good work of social distancing. It is great that so many of us are keeping in contact by phone and keeping the spirits up. The good weather is a Blessing and we can enjoy the sunshine while we are still cocooning. Take care and be safe.

Covid 19 community outreach champion is now available in your County to link local Community groups and volunteers. MABS -COVID 19

During the current covid 19 ( coronavirus ) pandemic MABS have suspended all face to face appointments, this includes outreach appointments. However we are still working on files and progressing cases. If anyone is worried as a result of Covid 19 about their finances or just worried about money , they can contact 076 1072630. Or they can email ballinamore@mabs.ie if you need to speak to a money adviser. We will continue to update our covid 19 information on the MABS website www.mab.ie and the MABS money advise and budget service face book page . Annaduff G.A.A.

Annaduff G. A. A. club have launched a weekly 50/50 draw fundraiser. Each 50/50 entry costs two Euro or three entries for five Euro. The first draw takes place on Sunday next May 31st with one lucky winner getting have the money raised. The draw will be shown live on the G.A.A. facebook page.Play online at annaduffgaa.ie/fifty

The G.A.A. Club will also be collecting used clothes at a later date, so if you are clearing out the wardrobe keep that in mind . Be safe.

Leaving Cert Students.

This is for the attention of all leaving cert students and their parents. In the face of all the uncertainty in the third level sector, especially in relation to accommodation in the Cities, you may be considering taking a year out and staying closer to home and working. This would be an ideal time to complete the IT course in Drumshanbo. You will be using Microsoft teams, class note book and Moodle which should mean you will be well equipped for dealing with blended learning ( combination of online classes and traditional classes ) in College which will undoubtably be a feature of all third level courses in the future. The course also offers and opportunity to use PLC points to get into Universities as well as the vast majority of Its. Places will be offered to learners who are suitable for the course based on the date we receive the application.
