Christmas Nativity

Practise for the children’s Nativity play on Christmas Eve will take place each Sunday up until Christmas immediately after the 9.30am  Mass in Drumsna. If you cant be at Mass and would like to take part please give your name to Katherine Mc Kiver, Fema Flanagan or Colleen Guckian. All children are welcome .

Christmas Choir.

Practise for the Christmas Choir at Drumsna Masses takes place on Monday next December 16th at 7.30pm in the Church. Everyone is welcome please come along for 30 mins and join our choir.

Christmas Carols.

The second Annual Christmas Carol singing at the Crib in Drumsna village will take place on Sunday December 22ndat 7pm. Everyone is welcome to join this informal, community sing-a-long. Song sheets will be provided.

Bingo continues in the Centre Drumsna on Thursday night December 12th at 8.30pm. Last weeks winners include Eileen O ‘Brien Ann Beirne, Coloured sheet Francie Conboy. Annual Fundraising Walk.

The Annual fundraising walk in aid of Annaduff/ Drumsna Church restoration fund takes place on St. Stephen’s day from the Annaduff Communty Centre .Registration from 11am. Walk starts at 12noon sharp. 10 Euro with children free, Spot prizes and light refreshments after the walk .All welcome.

Social Dancing.

Social dancing in Fitzpatrick’s Lounge Mohill, on Sunday night December 15th  Christmas Part night with music by Glenside Country. Thanks is extended to Carmel and Val for their hospitality on all of the Sunday nights during the year and a happy Christmas to all the loyal Dancers.

Christmas Market.

There will be a Christmas Market in The Community Centre Drumsna on Sunday December 15th from 12 noon until 5pm. Come along and pick up a bargain from some of the many goods on offer. If you wish to sell your produce, cakes,Annaduff G.A.A. Calendar, flower arrangements or anything at all you can have a space for 20Euro.  All the available tables are now full but we can squeeze you in but you have to bring your own table.) Everyone is welcome to buy or sell

The A.G.M. of the above will be held in Cox’s Steak house Dromod on tonight ,Wednesday December 11th at 8pm . All are welcome

Defibrillator News.

The Annaduff/ Drumsna/ Jamestown Defibrillator group would like to thank everyone for their continued support throughout the year. Training will start again in January 2020 and will be advised in the local notes. We would like to wish everyone a happy and safe Christmas. Floral Arrangements.

Christmas Floral arrangements by Diane’s Floral designs workshop in Annaduff Community Centre on Friday December 13th 7-9pm. Cost 25 Euro. Learn how to make a beautiful swag arrangement for your door or table this Christmas. Mulled wine and mince pies on arrival. Places must be booked in advance pm or call Diane on 087 2173684. Sympathy is extended to Christine and Alan Walker , Belmont Heights, Drumsna on the death of Christine’s mother, Mrs Joyce Mc Guinness which took place last week, also her Grand daughter  Victoria Walker- Supple of Victoria Walker School of Ballet, Great Grand children ,relatives and friends The late Joyce was interred after her funeral service in St. Georges Church, Carrick-on-Shannon.

May her soul rest in peace .Amen.
