There will be Mass and Expositionin Drumsna Church at 7pm on Friday evening December 15th. Holy hour Duty Maureen Quigley, Mary Khaleel

Choir Practice.

Christmas Choir practice takes place in Drumsna Church on Fridays Dec 15th and 22nd also at 8pm. Please come along and sing or play an instrument . Everyone is welcome.

Nativity Practice.

The children’s Nativity takes place on Christmas Eve before the 7pm Mass in Drumsna and a practice and dress rehearsal for same will be held immediately after the 9.30am Mass on Sunday next December 17th for approx 20 mins. All National School children are very welcome to take part.

Social Dancing.

There will be social Dancing  in Fitzpatrick’s Lounge , Mohill on Sunday night December 17th   with Fitzpatrick’s Christmas party night with fun and dancing to Ned’s Country Road show. Everyone Welcome,


Bingo continues in the Centre Drumsna on Thursday night December 14th at 8.30 pm. Apologies for cancellation of bingo last wek due to weather conditions. Carry  over of  Free books for next Thursday December 14th Maureen Mc Namee, Martina Tully.

Fund Rraising Walk.

The Annual Fund Raising walk in aid of Annaduff/ Drumsna Church restoration fund takes place on St. Stephen’s day From Annaduff community Centre . Registration from 12 noon sharp, Admission 10 Euro children free. Spot prizes and light refreshments after walk.


Sympath is extended to the following on their recent sad bereavements.

To Patricia Farrell Gortconnellon Drumsna on the death of her Husband Seamus ex N.T.also to his sons James, Padraig and Liam his daughters Breedge and Fema, his Sons –in-law,daughters-in-law,sister , grandchildren Relatives and friends. The late Seamus was laid to rest in Annaduff cemetery after his funeral Mass in Drumsna which was con celebrated by Fr Peter Tiernan and Father Francis Garvey  last week.

To the family of Maggie Reilly ,Belmont Drumsna , her sons Jim and John her Daughter Mary Mc Gee, her daughter –in-law Eileen son-in-law Andy ,her grandson Andrew , Grand daughter Lorna,and their partners her grand son Caleb, relatives and friends. The end of an era for Drumsna with the passing of Maggie in her 102nd year.

To Mai Beirne Headford on the passing of her husband John William ,also  to his sons Sean and Enda, daughters Carmel, Fidelma and Sinead his sons-in-law Gerry , Michael and Gary, daughter –in-law Marie,  grand children Amy , Nadine ,Paul, Lukas, Colm, Aiden, and Eoghan , brothers Peter and Tom, sister Jean , sisters in law, brother in law, nieces nephews ,relatives and friends. The late John William was interred in Annaduff After his funeral Mass in Drumsna on Tuesday.

May their souls rest in peace.
