Social Dancing.

There will be social dancing  in Duignan’s Lounge Drumsna on Friday night November 24^th  with dancing to Sean Brennan and in Fitzpatrick’s Lounge , Mohill on Sunday night November 26th with dancing to Gerry Keenan.

Bingo continues in the Centre Drumsna on Thursday night November 23^rd   at 8.30pm.

Golden Age Meeting.

There will be a meeting  of  Annaduff/ Drumsna Golden Age  on Wednesday next November  29th  at 11am in the Community Centre Drumsna. Our Parochial Christmas Party takes place on Sunday December 3^rd  in the Bush Hotel Carrick-on-Shannon, with 4 course meal festive fun and music by Jimmy Lennon.Take this as your invite to enjoy a nice day out with good food ,good music, golden Age talent, and good company with plenty of spot prizes on the day.

Sympathy

Sympathy is extended to Peggy and Billy Beirne , Derrywillow, on the recent death of Peggy’s sister  Sadie Duke, Birdhill Co. Tipperary.

Sympathy is also extended to The Boland family Kilmore, Cavan ,Australia and U.S.A on the death of Willie Boland Moyglass and late of Derrywillow. Willie who was in his 93^rd year was brought back to St Mary’s Curch Annaduff where he was Christened ,received his first Communion and confirmation  and where he was laid to rest with his wife Sheila on Friday last. Willie is survived by His Sons Jim and Sean, Daughters Una , Catherine, Moira and Margaret, his sister , Sister Catherine, Grandchildren  and Great grand children, nieces , nephews ,relatives and friends.

May their souls rest in [peace. Amen.

G.A.A. / Parish Lotto.

There was no winner of the G.A.A./ Parish Lotto held in Duignan’s Drumsna on Sunday night last. The numbers drawn were 5 ; 6 ;17; 24. The winner of the 50 Euro prize was James Faughnan.The winners of the lucky dip are as follows  Sean Quigley, Mary Cox, Eva Cronin, ?. the next draw will be in Cox’s Steak House Dromod with a jackpot of £3,100 Euro.

Santa

Santa Claus is making his yearly l visit to Duignan’s Drumsna on Saturday December 9^th at 2pm.
