There will be social dancing in Fitzpatrick’s Lounge Mohill with music by Ned’s music Box.

Tradtional Session.

Traditional youth Session in Mc Loughlins Lounge Drumsna  on Friday night April 21st, all musicians dancers and singers welcome.

Bingo continues in the Centre Drumsna on Thursday night  April 20th at 8.30pm. Last week’s winners not to hand.

Golden Age Holiday/Meeting.

There will be a  meeting of the Golden Age group in the centre Drumsna on today Wednesday April 19th at 11am. There will be a practice on that day for our Bealtaine play ‘’Do you come here often?’’ which is set in the Ballroom of Romance.this is the last practice before the May Madness Ball in the Bush Hotel Carrick on Tuesday May 2nd with music by Andy Feery of Jambalya so put that date in your  diary for a night of fun and madness. Everyone welcome.The remaining money for the Annual holiday is now due, please give same to Michael John Faughnan or Bernie Gill or come along to the  meeting in the Community Centre Drumsna.

Art in the Centre.

Art in oils/acrylics with Noreen commences in The Centre Drumsna on Tuesday night April 11thfrom 7pm until  9pm. For further information call the centre at 96 25782

Annaduff/Drumsna/ Jamestown Defib Group.

We are very fortunate to have in the  location of our community five defibrillators to help preserve life. We are also very lucky to have a large number of local people trained n the use of these defibs. The A.G.M. of the Group will be held in Drumsna Community Centre on Wednesday April 19th at 8pm. In order to keep this invaluable service ongoing we would encourage as many people as possible to attend on the night.

The location of the five defibrillators in our area in case of an emergency are as follows,

  1. Annaduff G.A.A. grounds on front wall of dressing rooms, green heated box.
  2. Derrycarne, Annaduff.on the fence at Gerry O’ Connors house. Black box.
  3. Drumsna village Community Centre on front wall at side gate, Grey box.
  4. Coolcrieve ,Drumsna. On fence opposite Padraig Dunne’s house, Black box.
  5. Jamestown village at Church on front wall, Green heated box.

Lough Allen Dance Weekend

The Lough Allen Dance weekend takes place in The Lough Allen Hotel , Drumshanbo on April 21st to April 23rd,with Music, Dance sessions, Workshops, talks and displays .All Welcome.


Gaelic  Football for Women.

Calling all you ladies out there who may be interested in forming a Gaelic football team for mothers and others in the Parish. The emphasis is not on skill but fun, craic, meeting people, exercise and social.No age limit. It doesn’t matter if you have never kicked a ball before the only criteria is that you are female. If you are interested come along to a meeting in Annaduff Community Centre on  Friday night April 21st at 9.30am. or contact Mary at 087 6427585.

Table Quiz.

Leitrim Lions Club are holding a table quiz in Mc Keon’s Bar Keshcarrigan on Friday night April 21st at 9pm sharp. Tables of 4 40/10Euo  pp . Raffle on the night. finger food served.
