Bingo continues in the Centre Drumsna on Thursday night at 8.30pm. Last week’s winners included Gerry Rynn, Geraldine Monaghan, Raffle  Maureen Mc Loughlin, Geraldine Bohan, Eileen Beirne. Free Books Maura Mahon, Lily Duignan.

Co Leitrim Fleadh.

The County fleadh will be held in  Drumsna this year from Friday the 25 th of April until Sunday the 27^th. Drumsna C.C.E. would like to thank everyone who contributed to the busking at Tesco Carrick-on-Shannon on Saturday week last also the Manager and staff for their kindness and courtesy, to all of the musicians, dancers and singers, young and old who turned up and to the collectors, well done to everyone. All monies collected go towards the hosting of the Co. Fleadh. The Annual Drumsna C.C.E. St. Patrick’s day fund raiser takes place in Mc Loughlin’s Drumsna on Monday March 17^th St Patrick’s night. All musicians singers, dancers Etc welcome.

Art with Noreen.

Annaduff I.C.A. are starting Art/painting classes with Noreen Gaffney in Drumsna community Centre on Monday from February 24^th at 8pm.

Noreen is also holding Adult art classes on Tuesday nights at the Drumsna Centre commencing Tuesday March 9^th from 7pm until 9pm. Contact Roz/Martina at 071 9625782.

Bereavement Course.

World Day of Prayer.

The International and Interdenominational World Day of Prayer takes place on Friday March 7^th. This year the Service for this area is in St. Georges Church Carrick-on-Shannon at 8pm . The service is prepared by the Christian Women of Egypt. Men and Women of all denominations are welcome to attend. Members of Drumsna Annaduff Golden age group including Ruth Waller who will be playing the organ and members of Annaduff I.C.A. together with others will be taking part in the ceremonies.

Everyone is welcome. Refreshments will be served in St. Georges Heritage centre afterwards.

MedjugorjePilgrimage.

There will be a Golden Age meeting in the Centre Drumsna on Wednesday next March 12^th at 11am.

D.D.A. Meeting.

There will be a meeting of Drumsna Development Association on Tuesday night  March 11^th at 8.30pm.in the Centre Drumsna. All members are requested to attend and new members will be very welcome.

G.A.A./ Parish Lotto.

There was no winner of the G.A.A. / Parish Lotto held in Taylor’s Bar Drumsna on Sunday night last. The numbers drawn were 1 ; 4 ; 12 ; 15.. The winner of the 50 Euro was Sharon Granahan. The winners of the lucky dip are as follows Micheal O Dowd, Nathan Cox, Cathal Harte, Johnny Mc Weeney. The next draw is in Cox’s Steak House, Dromod  with a jackpot of 6.500 Euro.
