Tidy Towns .

Congratulations to Drumsna Development Association and all the helpers on gaining a hefty 13 marks in this year’s Tidy Towns Competition. It is a credit to all concerned . Tidy villages and towns just don’t suddenly look good on their own . A lot of voluntary hard work goes into the work of the Association . We are lucky in Drumsna to have the assistance of James and his band of men who together with a number of hard working people keep the place looking spic and span. If you would like to get involved in Drumsna Development Association we will be Holding our first Autumn meeting on the second Tuesday of October . There will be a reminder in these notes. The Association would like to see new people joining .

Congratulations also to Dromod at the other end of the Parish who are now at a massive 303 marks and are once again the tidiest village in the County , and to Jamestown who are also doing well.
