C.C.E. Fundraiser.

Drumsna Comhalthes Ceoltoiri Eireann are holding a fundraiser in Teasie and Tommy Mc Loughlin’s Pub Drumsna on this Saturday night January 15th in aid of Sean Nos ar an tSionann. This wonderful group of children under the direction of local girl Edwina Guckian and Michael O Rourke from Kerry have brought joy and pride to the area as well as ‘’The West ‘’. They have come through the second round of a highly competitive R.T.E.  competition  and go forward to the next round in March. Your support for Edwina and her troupe would be  greatly appreciated as the expense of costumes, travel, accommodation etc in a show of this magnitude  is very high. A great Irish night is assured and everyone is welcome.

The committee would like to extend thanks to Edwina , Mike and all of the children  ( and parents  ) for their attendance, also to the Golden Age group for their funny drama ‘’The Inheritance ‘’ ,to Mark Finn for the music to all those who donated spot prizes and last but not least to the Dolan Family and staff for their care ,kindness and great service in the Bush Hotel on Sunday last.
