Christmas Party.

The Parish Christmas party for our Senior Citizens takes place on next Sunday December 5^th in the Bush Hotel Carrick-on-Shannon at 2.30pm. There will be a festive four course meal , Dancing to mark Finn , a twenty minute drama by the Golden age group entitled  ‘’The Inheritance’’and a special guest appearance of Sean Nos ar an tSionnan , Edwina Guckian’s now famous dance group who performed on RTE 1. there will also be raffles spot prizes and lots of fun . Everyone is welcome

Annaduff National School Christmas Concert 2010

The Annual Annaduff  National School Christmas Concert  will be held on Sunday the12th December at 3:00 PM in Annaduff Church. Admission Optional, Spot Prizes Gratefully Accepted and  these can be left in the School. The Concert will be Recorded and a DVD will be Available afterwards. Help from parents would be appreciated. Dress code is School Uniform and Santa Hat (Santa Hat will be provided by the Parents Association).

Rehearsals

Rehearsals will be held for the concert in the School next Sunday 5th December; 3pm – Ms Reilly’s Classes, 3:30 – Ms Wood’s Classes, 4:00 – Ms Gunning’s Classes and 4:30 Ms McKeon’s Classes.

Bingo continues in the Community Centre Drumsna on Thursday night s. Last weeks winners included Gerry O Reilly , Chloe Daniels, Raffle Kathleen Reynolds . Maureen Mc Namee , Colm mc Hugh , Free Books Carole Mc Keon , Ann Nicholl.

Cancer Collection.

Thanks is extended to all those who subscribed to the recent  Church gate Collection for Cancer at Drumsna . The amount collected was 232 Euro.

.G.A.A. /Parish draw .

There was no winner of the G.A.A. / Parish draw held in Mc Loughlin’s Drumsna on Sunday night last . The numbers drawn were 5 14 17 22. . The winner of the fifty Euro prize was Seamus Lavin.  The winners of the twenty five euro prizes are as follows .Fr John Wall, Johnny and Tina , Phyllis Kelly, Nigel Cox. The next draw is in The Vibe Dromod with a jackpot of 1,100 Euro.
