Drumsna Dev., Ass, A.G.M.

The A.G.M. of the above takes place in the Community Centre Drumsna on Tuesday night next November 9^th at 8pm sharp. Please make an effort to join your local development association it is just one meeting a month and lasts approx one hour . Everyone is welcome especially new members .

Halloween Draw.

The D.D.A. Halloween draw was held in Taylors Drumsna on Saturday night last. The winner of the hamper was Niamh Sweeney Coothall Boyle, The 75 Euro by John Devaney, Ballymurray Co. Country Music Extravaganza.

Once again Peter and Josephine Mc Loughlin from Mohill are holding a fundraising extravaganza of Country music at The Shannon Key West hotel Rooskey on next Monday night November 8^th with doors open at 9pm.and show commencing at 9.30pm

Peter who during his life has had numerous operations and  procedures never lets anything get in the way of his fundraising and this years show is in aid of Cancer Care at St. Vincent’s Hospital Dublin.Josephine and Peter have a wonderful line up of Artists appearing including T.R. Dallas , Kathy Durkan , Patrick Feeney , Trudi Lawlor, John Farry, Carmel Mc Loughlin , Sean Brennan , The Benn sisters,  Matt Leavy, Eunice Moran. The Compere on the night is Eugene Murphy and The support band is busy Fingers. There is also an in house raffle  of tickets at 2Euro per strip and  4 strips for five Euro .prizes are  no less than five hotel breaks and also lunch for two at the famous Nevin Maguires’ MacNean House and Restaurant . Come along to this great nights entertainment and support this  wonderful couple in their fund raising efforts for St Vincent’s Cancer Care. Mr  John Hickey C.E.O. of the hospital foundation will also be in attendance on the night.

There was no winner of the G.A.A./ Parish Lotto held in Taylors Bar Drumsna on Sunday night last . The numbers drawn were 8 ;11 ;16 ;17.. The winner of the 50 Euro was John Cox.
