Bingo continues in the Community Centre Drumsna each Thursday night at 9pm. Last weeks weinners were Nadine Curran , Eamon Morrison ; Jimmy Bohan . Raffle winners Majella Beirne ; Rose Mulvihill . Free Books Nadine Curran ; Eileen Duignan.

Golden Age Meeting .

The last meeting before the Summer break is on to-day ,Wednesday June 9^th at 11am. in The Community Centre Drumsna . The Holiday in Westport was a great success with everyone enjoying the beautiful weather,  great hotel , good food, plenty of entertainment what more could you want. There will be a one day outing on Thursday July 1^st. and details of this outing will be finalised an Wednesday’s meeting.

Vintage Day .

Dont forget Vintage and family day takes place in Mc Loughlin’s paddock Drumsna on Sunday next June 13^th commencing with official opening by Father John Wall P.P. Annaduff at 2pm. There is something for everyone including the wonderful vintage display which gets bigger every year,children’s sports , mammy and daddy’s races , under 12 football (mixed ) between Annaduff and Dangan, best dressed Lady , most glamorous granny, bonny baby ; best dog , fortune telling with madame X , blood pressure taking by nurse kitty, traditional craft demonstrations including crochet and lace making with Mary Caslin, besom making with Frank Keane , Straw rope making with Gerry O’ Reilly, butter making with Ella Gannon, boxty making with Elvira and Gerry Gilroy , exotic animal display ,All Ireland Champion Ballad singer Fionnuala Maxwell World Champion Sean Nos Dancer Edwina Guckian (  and her troupe of dancers )  Champion Fiddle player Claire Bohan will all be performing on field to give us a taste of what is in store for us at the Drumsna / Mohill hosted Connaght fleadh Ceol later in the month.There willalso be side shows ,bouncy castles and much much more, so come along to Drumsna on Sunday next  your support would appreciated.There are full details of the field day elsewhere in this paper.
