Thomas Duignan, Drumsna who ably chaired the launch on behalf of the Annaduff Millennium Committee. The many excellent performers , all of All- Ireland standard who gave a first class night of entertainment through music ,song, dance and recitation .All age groups were there ,from seven to seventy. A good portion of performers were from the immediate area . Fr John Quinn brought his two well trained ceili bands.Edwina Guckian who has already established a niche for herself in our history through her able training of a large number of children in the art of Sean Nos dancing.
Niall Flynn’s Shannon Key West Hotel Rooskey was the ideal location with good accommodation for those who traveled distances, the tea/coffee and sandwiches provided on the night went down well. Michael Frayne Rooskey made a video which will be available in about one weeks time . Thanks Also to photographer Willie Donellan and all who publicized the event.
