There will be Mass in Drumsna on Friday evening April 9^th at 7pm.followed by Exposition of The Blessed Sacrament, holy Hour Duty Kathleen Reynolds ; Bernie Gill. Mass on Sunday 9.30am Reader /Minister Colleen Guckian.

Easter Ceromonies.

The Easter week ceremonies in the Parish were very well attended .  Drumsna Church was full on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday as Father Wall celebrated the death and resurrection of Our Lord .Well done to all those who helped to make the Easter week special. To Imelda Gaffney and Edwina Guckian for the singing and music, to the readers  Ministers , servers , and everyone who helped in any way .

Sympathy.

Sympathy is extended to  Maureen , Aine Chrissie and T.P.Leonard on the death of their mother Mrs Annie Leonard , also to her daughter-in-law, sons-in-law Grandchildren relatives and friends. Mrs Leonard was interred after her funeral Mass in Annaduff on Holy Thursday .

Sympathy is extended to Michael Francis Turbett and Veronica Leslie on the death of their sister Gertrude Turbett which took place recently, also to her brother-in-law John Leslie and niece Denise. Miss Turbett formerly of Taish , Drumsna was interred in Mohill after her funeral Mass in Sligo.

Sympathy is Extended to Anna and Pat Riordan and family Dublin Road Drumsna on the death of Pat’s sister ,Mrs Anna Fleming which took place in Co. Kerry recently .

May their souls rest in peace .Amen.

Bingo .

Bingo continues in the community Centre Drumsna at the later time of 9pm. With doors open at 8.30pm. The winners of the big money last week were Helen Toolan Aughamore  Rose Mulvihill Effrinagh. The winner of the raffle Rose Mulvihill, The free books Chloe Daniels ; Helen Toolan.Thanks is extended to all our supporters .

Drumsna development Draw .

Drumsna Development Easter draw took place in Mc Loughlin’s Drumsna on Saturday night last . The winner of the hamper worth 22Euro was Jim Beirne , 2^nd prize of 100 Euro Fionnuala Maxwell , 3^rd 75 Euro Oisin Boland , 4^th 50 Euro Fintan Monaghan .5^th Bottle Whiskey sponsored by Teasie and Tommy, Sharon Farrell . The D.D.A. wish to thank the Mc Loughlin family for hosting the draw and everyone who supported their local Development Association

D.D.A. Meeting.

There will be a meeting of the D.A.A. in the Community Centre on Tuesday night next April14th at 8pm. Everyone is welcome .

Golden Age meeting

There will be a Golden Age meeting on to-day Wednesday in The Community Centre Drumsna at 11 am. There will be an update on the holiday , the wall hanging and a drama practice.

Social dancing classes

Would you like to be a good dancer ? If so come along to the classes starting in Drumsna Community Centre on Wednesday week April 14^th. The Waltz , Foxtrot , jive, quicksteps slow steps et.,  are all on the menu . Classes commence at 8pm until 10 pm .Call 9625782 to secure your place.

G.A.A./Parish lotto.

There was no winner of the G.A.A./Parish Lotto held in Mc Loughlin’s Bar Drumsna on Sunday night last . The Numbers drawn were 3 ; 6 ; 14 ; 22. .The winner of the 50 Euro was Frank Reynolds . The winners of the 25 Euro prizes are as follows ; Ray Cox ; Colman Feeney ; Gearoid Barry ; Meg Mc Loughlin . The next draw will be in Duignan’s Drumsna with a jackpot of 5,700 Euro.
